Part One explains the unique characteristics and attributes of the decedent. What qualities did the person have that made her irreplaceable in the lives of the survivors? It’s important for the viewer to recognize that the person who is gone was very significant and unique. Ultimately, all damages in the video need to tie back to the plaintiff, or the estate in this case.

Part Two describes the effect of the death on the survivors. How have things changed in their lives? The viewer will know that the survivors’ lives were better when the decedent was alive. Exploring this contrast will bring out the non-economic damages of your case.
