Dave Fulton, President & CEO
Dave Fulton is the founder and president of Image Resources, Inc. Over the years, Dave has produced hundreds of settlement documentaries for attorneys across the nation on virtually every imaginable subject.
His writings have been published in various AAJ and regional legal journals. He has presented at AAJ summer conferences, the ITLA Annual Institute, and other CLE seminars around the country.
Prior to founding Image Resources, Inc., Dave worked as a video producer for the Indiana Attorney General’s Office for six years, as well as with the Indiana State Police, in the newsroom at WRTV (the ABC affiliate in Indianapolis), and putting together sales and training presentations for Fortune 500 companies.
Rob Fulton, President of Image Resources of Florida
Rob grew up shooting and editing video, including being a videographer for an Emmy award-winning documentary. After graduating from Purdue University, he moved to Saint Petersburg to open Image Resources of Florida.
Rob is the point man for all projects in Florida and the surrounding southern regions. In addition to shooting depositions, he coordinates production for settlement documentaries and other major video projects.
Tucker Fenwick, Production Manager
Tucker Fenwick is a professional video producer with a bachelor’s degree in Cinematography and Video Production from Indiana University. Before joining Image Resources, Tucker had the opportunity to travel to India with the Mosaic Initiative to film a documentary in the human rights genre. He served as co-director, director of photography and light design coordinator. In addition to documentary style films, Tucker has produced promotional content for equestrian professionals, angling professionals, and entertainment businesses.
Susan DeVine, Director of Client Relations
Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University. At the start of her career, she helped to create training and marketing videos for a major health insurance company. She later freelanced at WTTV, an Indianapolis television station, where she operated Chyron graphics for the evening news, and ran the control board for the radio station, WNDE. For the past several years, Susan has worked closely with Perceptual Litigation (Amy Pardieck) in helping set up and execute remote viewing and video recordings of focus groups. Susan currently serves as Director of Client Relations for Image Resources where she manages scheduling and client satisfaction.
Jake Biller, Videographer/Editor
Jake is a graduate of Ball State University where he turned his life-long love affair of cinema into a passion for telling creative and compelling stories. His background includes both narrative and documentary short film experience, as well as corporate video, social media content, and broadcast television. Prior to joining Image Resources, Jake spent time at WNDU-TV in South Bend and WISH-TV in Indianapolis as an award-winning photojournalist and production assistant, developing his craft and finding his voice as a storyteller. Jake enjoys using his talents to amplify unheard voices and create an end product that positively impacts people’s lives.
Caleb Zepick, Videographer/Editor
Caleb earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Animation from Full Sail University, a path inspired by a lifelong fascination with the artistry of animated films. Prior to joining the team, he worked for Static Media, where he edited high-profile content and interviews featuring names such as Keanu Reeves, Laura Dern, and Dave Bautista. Caleb is driven by a commitment to authenticity and emotional connection, finding purpose in projects that make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Today, he enjoys utilizing his diverse technical background to bring clarity to complex topics and crafting narratives that resonate deeply with viewers.
