Our new deposition center can comfortably accommodate proper social distancing for up to 6 people, conveniently located off I-465 on the NW side of Indianapolis.  This hi-tech space is outfitted with dedicated exhibit monitors, high definition video cameras, wireless internet, and videoconferencing equipment to allow for an unlimited number of remote participants. We can even make arrangements for a court reporter, if needed.

WITNESS VIEWPOINT

The deponent has a clear view of all remote attorneys by virtue of a large video monitor. The witness also has his/her own exhibit monitor.

PERSONALIZED WORKSPACE

Each questioning attorney in the room has his/her own exhibit monitor and room to spread out.

EXHIBIT HANDLING

Exhibit handling is our specialty. We can work with any electronic files, or hard copies using our document camera. Introducing anything into evidence – photos, CT scans, videos, documents – is a breeze.

PROFESSIONAL VIDEO

The best possible video of the deponent is achieved with a full sized 3-chip production camera, not a cheap little webcam. We capture audio with broadcast quality microphones and the witness is professionally lit in front of an uncluttered background.

COMMAND CENTER

The videographer/technician remains at the back of the room and orchestrates all of the technology.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Ample social distancing is accomplished with plenty of room for participants to spread out. We conform to all CDC recommendations for safety.

HANDS FREE MICROPHONE

Audio for the deponent is accomplished with a ‘hands-free’ boom microphone overhead so there is no personal interaction needed to attach a lavalier microphone.

OUTBOARD SPEAKERS

Remote questions fill the room for everyone to clearly hear thanks to two outboard speakers that are centrally located.
