Frequently Asked Questions

Looks expensive. What are your rates?

Our pricing is probably comparable to what you’re paying now. Call or email our office for our rates and terms.

How long does it take to set up?

It typically takes 45 minutes to set up everything and do a full system check.

Can you set up in any room?

Yes, we pride ourselves on our experience and versatility in setting up in a variety of environments. The black background requires some space and distance to work with, so we do our best setups when we have a large conference room or banquet room in which to work.

Do you travel?

Yes, we have videotaped depositions around the country.

My court reporter wants me to use their guy to videotape. What do I do?

Tell the court reporter that you will provide your own videographer, then call us to get your deposition on our calendar.

I don’t want to make two phone calls. Can you go ahead and arrange for a court reporter too?

Yes, we collaborate with experienced and reasonably priced court reporters all the time. We’d be happy to arrange for reporting services.

Do you do courtroom playback?

While we don’t rent and setup equipment in courtrooms, we can oversee the setup on your behalf to assure the jury sees the best possible audio and video.

You shoot in High Definition. How do I show that to a jury?

We will provide you with a HD video file via USB flash drive or DVD-R data disc. The computer file can be played back from many modern laptops with an HDMI connection to a flat panel TV. We can also provide a standard definition DVD disc, if necessary depending on certain courtroom restraints. We can help you.
