Regardless of the nature of the case, a clear and convincing liability video can organize and visualize the liability facts in such a manner as to make clear the defendant’s responsibility. The documentary will weave the various court admissible elements you would present to a jury, but do so in a brief, easy-to-watch presentation. Paper trails, timelines, deposition testimony, and all those “smoking gun” documents build upon one another.
