Personal Injury Documentary
A Personal Injury documentary is a settlement tool. It combines the Day-in-the-Life Video with a narrated documentary. Through the use of interviews with family members, employers, and friends, combined with photos, home videos, and awards, the life of the plaintiff prior to the injury and the manner in which that life has changed are described.
This video format helps establish the life of the person before his or her injury and what the loss means to the family and friends of the plaintiff. The loss of employment and loss to society, along with the need for future care and medical expenses, are brought out by using the Day-in-the-Life format in conjunction with the interviews and narration.
